Food... one of life's most simple pleasures.  My philosophy on food is that it should be simple, tasty, and as good for the soul as it is the tummy.


I love cooking.... if of course, by cooking, you mean make stuff up as you go along.  My style of cooking is to throw in a little of this and a bit that.  I don't measure things exactly.  So consider yourself warned.  My recipes are more of a suggestion than an exact science.  Simple recipes with as much whole food crammed in as possible.
