My goal is to not turn on the oven at all this week. With temps forecasted to hit 108, 110, and 112, "Oven" has become a dirty four letter word. So that translates to lots of grillin' this week.
Tuesday: Beet, basil, and goat cheese pizza - a twist on this pizza
Wednesday: Turkey sliders and sweet potato fries
Thursday: Grilled trout with goat cheese stuffed poblanos
Friday: Wheat berry salad mixed with feta, swiss chard, tomatoes, and summer squash
