With all the crazy of last week, I just realized that I completely forgot to post our CSA box. Ooops. Well, it was so good that I can't not post it. So you are getting two weeks of vegetable goodness in one post.

Week 3 included:
- Red cabbage (half a head since we split with our neighbor)
- Tomatoes
- Pea tendrils
- Asparagus (these were so good!)
- Mixed greens
- Lettuce
- Carrots
- Green onions
- Spinach
- Cucumber

This week's bounty included:
- Lettuce
- Baby chard
- Radishes (I have no idea what the heck to do with these)
- Green onions (HUGE!)
- Carrots
- Kale
Radish & avocado salsa:

6 radishes, ends trimmed, halved, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon (or more) jalapeno
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil

Ooh, what CSA do you use? This inspires me to try one again. I did try one once, but it was before I knew how to cook such things as kale and mustard greens. Now that I know how, it would be much more productive.
