We have some new neighbors that moved in this past weekend. They seem nice enough, but their dog barks all the time. And by all the time, I mean ALL the time. Day, night... it does not matter. It is quite the controversy in the neighborhood. We have witnessed another neighbor that lives next door go out and yell at this dog in frustration. The whole situation has drives me crazy. These owners do nothing about it and do not seem to care that others are affected.
So what is the protocol in this situation? Dog etiquette would state that this is not acceptable. But what can be done? Should we approach these new neighbors and vent our frustrations?
